Job Brief:

The Customer Service Support will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide support, process orders, manage inquiries and address customer concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face-to-face
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints
  • Providing pricing and delivery information
  • Setting up and managing new customer accounts
  • Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Organizing workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Recording details of inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

Requirements

  • Minimum of WASSCE Certificate or equivalent
  • Proven ability to read, write and speak English audibly and clearly.
  • Must reside near or around Osu and its immediate environs.

Remuneration

  • GHS1000 – GHS1500 with other benefits.
