Responsibilities
- Order supplies, and scheduling deliveries to ensure that all units have sufficient number of necessary materials or equipment in a timely manner.
- Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
- Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders.
- Work with stores to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies.
- Reconcile or/and resolve discrepancies in vendor supply.
- Leads procurement of goods and services from established vendors.
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs across all units or subsidiaries.
- Monitor vendor delivery times and ensure adherence to quality control, HSE and supply guidelines.
- Curate data to establish and track purchasing volumes and history.
- Conduct Market Research to identify trends in procurement and new developments in the hospitality industry.
